This Domain Registration Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Customer", "Registrant") and SuperHosterz.com ("we", "our", or "us") for the registration, renewal, and management of domain names.

By registering a domain through SuperHosterz.com, you agree to follow this agreement along with the policies of the relevant domain registries.

1. Our Role

SuperHosterz.com acts as a domain reseller, providing access to domain registration services via accredited domain registrars. We help facilitate registration, renewal, DNS management, and related services.

2. Your Responsibilities

When you register a domain through us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

  • Keep your contact details current at all times

  • Respond to verification or registry notices when required

  • Use the domain name lawfully and ethically

If you provide false or outdated information, your domain may be suspended or deleted without notice.

3. Domain Ownership

The individual or entity listed as the registrant is the legal owner of the domain. You are responsible for managing your domain, including DNS settings, transfers, and renewals.

If you let someone else manage your domain, you are still the responsible party.

4. Renewal and Expiry

  • Domains must be renewed before the expiration date to avoid loss.

  • We send reminders via email, but it is your responsibility to ensure timely renewal.

  • Expired domains may go into redemption status, during which recovery fees may apply.

  • We are not liable for loss of domain due to non-renewal or missed notices.

5. Domain Transfers

You are free to transfer your domain to another registrar, provided:

  • The domain is at least 60 days old

  • There are no outstanding payments or disputes

  • Transfer protection (lock) is disabled

We will not block valid transfer requests but may require identity verification.

6. Use Restrictions

You may not use your domain to:

  • Violate any trademark, copyright, or legal rights

  • Engage in phishing, spam, or fraud

  • Distribute malware or harmful content

  • Mislead users with fake or illegal services

Violation may result in domain suspension or termination under ICANN or registry rules.

7. ICANN Compliance

All domain registrations are subject to the rules and policies of ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), including:

  • WHOIS Accuracy Program

  • Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP)

  • Registrar Transfer Policy

8. Fees and Payments

  • All domain purchases are non-refundable.

  • Additional fees may apply for premium domains, privacy protection, or DNS services.

  • Domains will not be activated or renewed until full payment is received.

9. Privacy & WHOIS

By default, your domain contact details are public in the WHOIS database. You may request WHOIS privacy protection (where available) to hide your details.

Note: Some registries do not allow WHOIS privacy or may override it due to legal requirements.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your domain registration if:

  • You violate any part of this agreement or applicable laws

  • The domain is used for illegal or abusive activity

  • ICANN or registry policy requires termination

11. Limitation of Liability

SuperHosterz.com is not liable for:

  • Lost, expired, or stolen domains due to customer negligence

  • Service interruptions due to registrar or registry issues

  • Damages caused by domain loss, misuse, or suspension
